Message Lisa at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-out until 1pm is often available when the calendar allows — just ask.

The Condo
Everything you need to know about the apartment and how things work.
WiFi
Also printed on the welcome card on the kitchen counter. Caribbean internet is reliable but slower than the mainland — streaming works great.
Air Conditioning
Each room has its own split A/C unit controlled by a wall remote. Set to 72–74°F for comfortable sleeping — it gets cold fast.
Please turn off A/C when leaving for the day — it helps keep costs down and we appreciate it.
Kitchen
Laundry
Laundry is centralized on the first floor of the building. Laundry pods are under the kitchen sink in the unit.
- Use cold water for most loads
- Dryer runs hot — check delicates
- Extra towels in the linen closet
- Iron & ironing board in bedroom closet
Parking
One free parking space is included — your dedicated parking spot number will be in your welcome email 24 hours before your check-in. Additional vehicles can use the uncovered overflow lot at no charge.
Remember: St. Thomas drives on the LEFT
Beach Gear
Everything you need is in the storage closet by the front door — no need to rent or buy anything.
Please rinse gear with the outdoor shower before returning it.
Trash & Recycling
Trash bags are under the kitchen sink. The dumpsters are in the parking lot — blue for recycling, black for general waste. Please take out trash before check-out.
TV & Streaming
Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ already logged in. Use the remote to navigate — the input is set to Smart TV by default.

A few simple guidelines to keep the condo great for everyone.
Quiet hours 10pm – 8am
Please keep noise levels low — neighbors are close.
✕ No pets
We love animals but the condo is pet-free.
✕ No smoking indoors
Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
Max 6 guests
Registered guest count only — no unregistered overnight visitors.
✕ No open flames indoors
Candles and incense are not permitted inside.
✓ Beach gear welcome
Rinse sandy gear in the outdoor shower before bringing inside.
✓ Balcony gatherings
Small groups on the balcony are fine — just keep the noise down after 10pm.
✓ Streaming included
Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ are logged in on the TV.
